Welcome to Vyndra (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
Vyndra sells items including (but not limited to) power banks, headphones, gadgets, anime figures/collectibles, and printed/made-to-order hoodies and apparel.
You confirm you are legally capable of entering a contract under applicable law.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activity under your account.
We try to show accurate product images, specs, and descriptions. However, colors, packaging, and minor design/finish details may vary (especially for anime figures/collectibles and printed products).
Stock availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may cancel it and refund eligible amounts.
Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice.
If there is a pricing/typographical error or incorrect listing, we may cancel the order and refund eligible amounts even if the order is confirmed.
Coupons/offers are subject to conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
We support prepaid and (where available) Cash on Delivery (COD).
COD / prepaid charges:
Shipping charges may vary by product size/weight, location, courier partner, and order value.
Generally: COD shipping/handling is higher, and prepaid shipping is lower (or may be discounted).
The final shipping/COD fee will be shown at checkout (or confirmed before dispatch if applicable).
Note: For COD orders, we may verify your order by call/SMS/WhatsApp/email before shipping.
An order is considered accepted when it is shipped/handed over to the courier (or when we confirm dispatch).
We may refuse/cancel an order in cases like: suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, address issues, unserviceable location, repeated COD refusals, abuse, or policy violations.
Customer cancellation:
You may request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation is usually not possible.
We do not aim to impose unfair cancellation charges; any cancellation terms will follow applicable consumer rules.
Delivery timelines shown are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, high-demand periods, or other events beyond our control.
Once shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Risk of loss typically passes to you upon delivery. If the courier marks an order “delivered” to your provided address, it will be treated as delivered.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, we do not accept returns.
To be eligible for return:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, tags, manuals, freebies, and invoice.
Items showing damage due to misuse, water damage, drops, burns, tampering, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
Return exceptions / special conditions:
Printed / made-to-order hoodies & custom items:
Returns are accepted only if you received a wrong item/size or there is a manufacturing/printing defect (claimed within 7 days).
Anime figures / collectibles:
Minor paint differences, small alignment variations, or minor box dents from shipping are common in collectibles and may not qualify as “defects” unless the product itself is damaged/broken.
Hygiene-related items (if any):
For items that touch skin/ears (example: certain ear tips or personal-use accessories), return may be refused for hygiene reasons once opened.

Return shipping charges:
If return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or a verified defect, we may arrange pickup or reimburse as per our process.
If return is due to change of mind, the customer bears return shipping.
Original shipping/COD charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve a refund or replacement (as applicable).
Refunds (if approved) are generally processed to the original payment method. COD refunds may require bank/UPI details.
Refund timelines depend on banks/payment providers and may take a few business days after approval.
Electronics (power banks, headphones, gadgets) may carry brand/manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty coverage is as per the manufacturer’s terms.
We are not responsible for:
Compatibility issues (device/software/ports)
Improper charging, overheating due to misuse, physical damage, liquid damage
Using non-certified chargers/cables, voltage issues, or unsafe handling
Follow product manuals and safety instructions.
You agree not to:
misuse the website, attempt hacking, inject malware, scrape content, or disrupt services
post illegal, abusive, misleading, or infringing content (if reviews/comments are enabled)
We may restrict access if we believe there is misuse or policy violation.
All website content (logos, product images we created, banners, designs, text, graphics) belongs to Vyndra or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, business, goodwill, etc.).
Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
(These Terms do not override rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer laws.)
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (courier disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, etc.).
